Ingredients
- 12 C cubed stuffing breading
- 1/2 C grated Italian cheese
- 1 C minced celery, cooked until tender and sauteed in butter
- 1 Tbs minced parsley
- 3 medium onions, minced and sauteed in butter
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Giblets, cooked and diced
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 C (or more) mushrooms OR 1/2 lb ground beef (fried slightly)
- 2 eggs
- stock from giblets

Step 1
Place all ingredients in large bowl and eggs. Mix together adding enough stock from giblets to moisten so as not to be too dry.
