Ingredients

• 1 cup diced cooked ham or cooked bacon
• 1 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese
• 1/2 cup Biscuit mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Layer bacon and cheese in greased 9 inch (22 cm) pie plate.

Combine biscuit mix, eggs, milk and onion in blender. Process until smooth. Pour over top.

Bake in 350 degrees F oven for about 35 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cuts into 6 wedges.
