Mignonette Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp finely crushed white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 Tbs finely chopped shallots

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the white pepper, salt, wine, olive oil, and shallots, and whisk to blend. Serve over Oysters on the Half Shell (see separate recipe).
