Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef
• 3/4 c oatmeal
• 1 onon, finely chopped
• 1/2 c catsup
• 1/4 milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon horseradish
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• Glaze
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon horseradish
• 3 tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed
• 2 teaspoon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

1. combine meat loaf ingredients and place into baking dish.
2. smooth out the top
3. combine glaze ingredients and pour over meatloaf.
4. bake at 350 about 1-1 1/2 hours
