Ingredients
- 1 Butternut Squash, peeled and diced
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- chopped garlic
- chopped fresh sage
Preparation
Step 1
Toss peeled and diced squash in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Roast in a 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cooked.
In a frying pan, heat up a small amount of olive oil, saute garlic and sage for a few minutes. Toss with the cooked squash.
Add more salt if needed.
