Roasted Vidalias

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Vidalia or other sweet onions,each peeled and cut into 8 wedges (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 t. dried thyme
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 T. balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*
Arrange onion wedges on a jelly roll pan coated with Pam; lightly coat onions with Pam also. Sprinkle thyme, salt and pepper over onions. Bake 350* for 30 minutes. Turn onion wedges over, bake an additional 25 minutes or until onions are tender. Spoon onions into a serving dish and drizzle with vinegar.
