Ingredients
- Dough:
- 3 cups flour
- 4 eggs - medium sized at room temperature
- 1/2 cup water
- Meat:
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg - at room temperature
- 1/8 cup chopped spinach
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 - 4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. parsley
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the dough ingredients and roll into a ball - then flatten and place in refrigerator to chill.
Meat: While the dough is chilling....In a bowl mix, by hand, the ground beef, egg, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, pepper, parsley and nutmeg.
Brown the mixture in a saute pan and set on the side.
In a separate pan saute the spinach in the olive oil and add a dash of garlic powder. Cook and let cool on the side.
Mix in spinach with the cooked meat.
Roll, shape and form ravioli.
