HOT FUDGE SAUCE

Serve warm as a fondue with dippers, such as strawberries, apple or pear slices, banana chunks, angel food or pound cake cubes, or assorted cookies.
A thick and rich homemade hot fudge sauce over ice cream, yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 package (8 squares) Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Add sugar, milk, cream; stir until well blended. Microwave 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened and sugar is completely dissolved, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in vanilla.
Serve immediately.
