Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped rhubarb
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugars and shortening. Add egg and sour cream. Mix to blend. Add dry
ingredients. Mix. Fold in rhubarb. Spread in 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle topping
over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min.
