Cream Cheese Pound Cake - Judge Brown

Ingredients

  • 3 sticks of butter
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 6 large eggs
  • dash salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, cream cheese and sugar. Beat well. Add salt and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add flour and mix well. Pour into floured and greased 10 inch tube pan. Place in a cold oven and set at 300 degrees. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cool in pan.
