Everything tastes better with a little cheese. This veggie dish has a tasty cheese sauce that transforms broccoli, carrots and cauliflower into a kid-favorite medley that adults love too!

Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 medium carrots, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
Preparation
Step 1
Stir the soup and milk in a 2-quart saucepan. Stir the broccoli, carrots and cauliflower in the saucepan. Heat to a boil over medium heat. Cover the saucepan.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
