No fail sugar cookies

Best sugar cookie recipie! Can be halved, full batch makes 8 dozen.

Ingredients

• 6 cups flour
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups butter (4 sticks)
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy @ 5 minutes.
Add eggs and flavoring.
Mix dry ingredients in seperate bowl and add to butter mixture.

Roll dough out onto board and flatten into discs.

Refrigerate 10 minutes or more. Roll out and cut. Sprinkle with coarse sugar

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. .
