Kalamata Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 8 dried tomato halves
  • 1/2 oz. minced prosciutto
  • 2 t capers, chopped
  • 2 t orange all fruit spread
  • Pepper
  • 20 Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1 t chopped parsley
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • sliced baguette

Preparation

Step 1

Soak tomatoes in boiling water to cover 2 min.; drain & coarsely chop.
Cobine with olives, prosciutto, parsley, capers & garlic. Stir in fruit spread, lemon juice & pepper. Let stand 30 min. Serve on baguette slices.
