Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. fresh baby carrots
- 2 med. potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 medium stalk celery cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 envelope (1.5oz) beef stew seasoning
- 1 # beef stew meat
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 c. frozen cut green beans
Preparation
Step 1
1. In 4 qt slow cooker layer carrots, potatoes and celery
2. Place stew seasoning in plastic food storage bag. Add beef; coat with seasoning. Add beef to slow cooker; sprinkle with any remaining seasoning. Add water. Layer corn and green beans on top.
3. Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hours or until veg. are tender. Stir before serving.
