Double Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream 1 Picture


  • 2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14oz) cans sweet condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 qt. half and half
  • 1 (12oz) pkg. semisweet choc. chunks



Step 1

In a large bowl, beat cream at med.high speed w/ an electric mixer till stiff peaks form. Add sweet condensed milk, and beat at med-high speed, till stiff peaks form again. Beat in chocolate syrup and vanilla. Stir in half and half. Pour mixture into the canister of a 4 -6 qt. ice cream freezer.

Freeze. Stir in choc. chunks. Ice cream will be soft. For firmer ice cream, place in freezer for 4 hours.
