CHOCOLATE DELIGHT

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 6 Tbsp Butter, softened
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • st LAYER:
  • 2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 8-oz) pkgs Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
  • nd LAYER:
  • 2 (48-oz) Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • rd LAYER:
  • Remaining 16-oz Cool Whip Container

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients for crust until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Mix ingredients for 1st layer until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust.

Mix ingredients for 2nd layer until thickened and spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with remainder of 16-oz carton of Cool Whip and chocolate sprinkles. Chill.
