Coney Island Salad

Ingredients

  • One lg pkg lemon jello
  • 2 C hot water
  • 16 marshmellows cut up
  • 2 sm pkg cream cheese
  • 1 lg can drained crushed pineapple
  • half-pint whipping cream (whipped stiff)
  • 1 T mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve lemon jello in hot water. Add the marshmallows, cream cheese and pineapple.

Let the above ingredients dissolve until smooth and fold in the whipped cream and 1 T mayo. Combine all ingredients and place in square glass pyrex or fancy mold. Chill until firm.
