Ingredients
- 2 Cans Jalapeno Bean Dip
- 3 Large Avocados
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Juice from Pickled Jalapenos
- Jalapenos, Finely Chopped
- 1 (16-oz) Carton Sour Cream
- 1 Pkg Taco Seasoning
- 8-oz Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 (8-oz) Can Black Olives, Sliced
- 2 to 3 Tomatoes, Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl mash avocadoes. Season with garlic powder, salt, juice from jalapenos, and jalapenos to taste. Set aside.
In another small bowl, mix sour cream and taco seasoning. Set aside.
In a 9 x 13 glass pan layer ingredients beginning with bean dip, then, guacamole, sour cream mixture, cheese, onions, olives, and finely ending with tomatoes.
