Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can Mexicorn drained.
  • 2 4 oz cans of chopped green chili peppers.
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 2 tblsp chopped jalepeno
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients.
Then stir in mayonaise & parmesan cheese.
Pour into 2 qt baking dish & cover.
Bake at 350 35 to 45 min,
