Ingredients
- 1 cube butter or margerine
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 or 4 green onions
- 8-10 medium red potatoes
- Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil red potatoes until just tender. While potatoes are cooking, mix butter, sour cream, soup, and green onions together.
Drain potatoes well. Mix with soup/sour cream mixture and put in a casserole dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
