Ingredients
- 12 slices French bread, 1 inch thick
- 2/3 cps pesto
- 2 small tmoatoes seeded & chopped (1 cp)
- 1 cp shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place bread on ungreased cookie sheet
3. Spreadh each slice of bread with a tblsp of pesto
4. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese
5. Bake 8 minutes or until hot and melted.
