Great Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 packages frozen spinach - thawed and finely chopped
• 1/2 onion finely chopped
• 1 package Knox vegetable soup mix
• Round loaf of bread.

Preparation

Step 1

Drain spinach well. Mix all ingredients except for bread. Cut top of bread, pull out center for a bowl. Pour dip into bread. Use extra pieces to cut in small chunks for dipping.
