Tuna Tartare

Ingredients

  • 1 .sushi grade yellowfin tuna
  • 2 . Mayonnaise
  • 3 . Avacado diced
  • 3 .Soy
  • 4 .White truffle oil
  • 5 . Cucumber
  • 6 . Ssriracha hot chile sauce
  • 7 Wontons

Preparation

Step 1

1.Slice thin and marinate cucumber in water for 1 hour
2.chop tuna in small cubes and season with salt and pepper
2. Mix Mayo and siracha with tuna,enough to lightly coat tuna
3. mold on plate
4.cook wotons so they are cripsy or use bag wontons
5. Top tuna with avacado, cucumber and drizzle with white tuffle oil and soy on top
6. Top with wontons
