Peanut Butter Cookie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pkg. pb sandwich cookies
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 lg. egg white, lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Chop cookies fine in food processor. In a med. bowl, combine crumbs, butter, and egg white. Press into bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate.

Bake till lightly golden, about 10 mins. Let cool 20 mins.
