Sriracha Marinaded Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients
- Canola Oil
- Sesame Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Sriracha
- Fresh Ginger Grated - 1 small knob
- 2 lb meaty beef short ribs
Preparation
Step 1
In a large ziploc bag combine all ingredients except for the ribs. Seal the ziploc and shake the bag to mix the ingredients. Add the short ribs. Seal the bag, and shake. Put into the fridge and let marinade for 3 hours.
Thirty (30) minutes before grilling, remove the meat from the fridge, and preheat the grill for medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grate. Put the ribs on the grill and cook for 15minutes. Turn. Grill for another 8 minutes. Turn one last time and grill for 8 minutes. Baste with the remaining marinade between turns, and often during grilling.
