Ingredients
- 4 eggs separated
- 14 Oz can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- Pie crust
- 1/8 t cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 T sugar

Step 1
Beat egg yolks til thick and lemon colored. Add milk and lime juice. Blend well. Fill pie crust.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar til foamy. Gradually add sugar one T at a time. Beat until stiff. Spread over pie sealing edges.
Bake 350 deg for 10 min
S cool to room temp then refrigerate.
