Ingredients
- Lots of garlic
- Olive oil
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- Artichoke Hearts
- Kalamata Olives
- Capers
Preparation
Step 1
Saute lots of garlic in olive oil. Add broth and stewed tomatoes. Cook until reduced. Add artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and capers.
You can also add some balsamic vinegar.
Serve with breaded chicken and pasta.
