Artist's Palette Cookies with Pastel Sorbets

Ingredients

• 12 plain sugar cookies made or cut in the shape of palettes
• 1 pint boysenberry sorbet
• 1 pint strawberry sorbet
• 1 pint passion fruit sorbet
• 1 basket raspberries
• 1 basket blackberries
• 12 fresh mint sprigs with long stems

Preparation

Step 1

Using a melon baller, put a scoop of each sorbet on the cookies. Arrange two berries on the palette and garnish with the mint paintbrush.
