Ingredients
- 3/4 Stick of butter
- 3 Tblspoons Flour (Wondra)
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Roasted Pepper blended
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried Thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried Marjarim
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder

Preparation
Step 1
melt butter over med heat
whisk in flour and cook to make light brown reau
Add milk slowly while whisking
add salt and pepper to taste
Add roasted peppers and remaining spices
cook over low heat, whisking frequentlyto prevent burning
