Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbs. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. sake
- Juice squeezed from one large orange
Preparation
Step 1
Blend ingredients thoroughly in food processor and keep refrigerated. Dressing remains fresh for up to one week.
