chimichurri sauce

Ingredients

• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 shallot,minced
• 5 1/2 tb finely chopped Italian parsley
• 1 tb finely chopped oregano
• 1 tb good quality red wine vinegar
• 2 tb extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

mix all together
sit at room temp minimum of 1 hour
