Ingredients

  • 1- 3½

    pound broiler-fryer

  • pounds small red potatoes, cut into ½ inch thick slices

  • 1

    yellow pepper, sliced

  • ½

    cup pitted ripe olives, halved

  • cup mayonnaise

  • ¼

    cup milk

  • ¼

    cup sour cream

  • 2

    tablespoons lemon juice

  • ¾

    teaspoon salt

Directions

Cook chicken, covered, on High 22 to 24 minutes. Cool; cut into bite size pieces. 2 Cook potatoes, 1/4 cup water, covered on High 8-9 minutes; stir once. Drain. Arrange chicken, potatoes, pepper, onion, olives on plates, or toss together. Stir mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients; add to salad. Garnish with lettuce, sprouts. Makes 6 main dish servings.
