Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. shell macaroni
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 T. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 1/2 cup may
  • 1 cup cheese, diced, sharp cheddar

Step 1

Cook macaroni according to directions. Rinse to cool. Add other ingredients to
taste. Put in refrig. for at least 4 hrs. before serving. May need to add more mayo.
