Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 C chopped celery
- 1 C chopped onions
- 1 Tbs salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp poultry seasoning
- 10 C cubed white bread
- 1 C broth
- 1 C giblets, chopped and cooked (optional)

Step 1
Melt butter. Add celery and onions and brown. Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, bread, broth and giblets, if desired.
