Bread Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 C chopped celery
  • 1 C chopped onions
  • 1 Tbs salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 10 C cubed white bread
  • 1 C broth
  • 1 C giblets, chopped and cooked (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Add celery and onions and brown. Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, bread, broth and giblets, if desired.
