Ingredients

  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 loaves (1 pound each) frozen white bread dough, thawed about 3 hours. If using Rhodes loaves, they offer other quick defrost methods
  • 1 jar (14 ounces) Prego® Pizzeria Style Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces) More if you really like cheese.

Preparation

Step 1


1 Heat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with the cooking spray.

2 Place the 2 loaves of dough into the pan. Press the dough to cover the bottom of the pan. Pinch the edges of the dough to form a rim. Spread the sauce on the dough to the rim. Top with the cheese.

3 Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is brown.
