cup Plochman's Hearty Bavarian Mustard
tablespoons olive oil
clove garlic, minced
teaspoon dried tarragon
large baking potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
Combine all ingredients except potatoes, mix well. Pat potatoes dry and toss with mustard mixture. Bake on lightly oiled cookie sheet at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves four.
