Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Ingredients

• This makes enough dough for 2 12-inch pizzas.
• • 1-1/2 cups warm water
• • 2 Tbsp olive oil
• • 2 tsp kosher salt
• • 3-3/4 cups bread flour
• • 1/2 cup corn meal
• • 2 tsp sugar
• • 2 tsp rapid rise yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place the ingredients in the order listed into your bread machine. Place the machine on the pizza cycle and let her rip! When done, either move to a floured board to use immediately or place in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in your refrigerator until ready to use.
