Ingredients
- 3 *3 pounds beef for stew, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes*
- 5 *5 carrots, cut into bite-size pieces*
- 5 *5 potatoes, diced*
- 4 *4 onions, quartered*
- 2 *2 stalks celery, chopped*
- 1 *1 can (about 28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained*
- 1 1/2 *1 1/2 cups water*
- 1 1/2 *1 1/2 tablespoons salt*
- 1 1/2 *1 1/2 teaspoons paprika*
- 1 1/2 *1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce*
- 3/4 *3/4 teaspoon black pepper*
- 1 *1 clove garlic, minced*
- 1 *1 bay leaf*
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place meat, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery and tomatoes with juices in slow cooker. Blend water with spices in medium bowl. Add to slow cooker, stir to combine.
2. Cover, cook on LOW 10 to 12 hours. Stir occasionally.
