GUACAMOLE

Got this recipe from JoAnn Patterson - she got it from a resort in Mexico.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 fresh tomatoe, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander or Cilantro
  • 1 lime (juice only)
  • 1 chopped Serrano chopped
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Halve the avocados and remove the pulp from the shell with a spoon. In a bowl, mash the pulp with chopped onion, coriander, tomato, limejuice and season with salt and pepper.
