Yummy Puerto Rican "Eggnog" (Coquito)

Ingredients

  • 2 cans coconut cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 cups rum (I used 2 cups of white rum and boy is it potent)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

1 Blend all ingredients in blender on high for 5 minutes.

2 Refrigerate.

3 Serve cold, sip and enjoy.
