Summer Squash Medley

Ingredients

  • 2 t. reduced cal margarine
  • 2 medium sliced yellow squash
  • 2 medium sliced zucchini
  • 1/2 c julienne cut red bell pepper
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 t dried basil
  • 1/4 t dried oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in large skillet coated with pam. Add squash, zucchini, and bell pepper; saute over medium high heat 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Yield 6 servings
