Seasoned Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Envelopes G. Washington's Rich & Brown Seasoning & Broth
  • 4 C diced hot cokked potatoes
  • 1 1/2 T cider vinegar
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 C diced celery
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 3 T minced onion
  • 3/4 C mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle vinegar, olive oil, G. Wahsington's over hot potatoes.
Set aside to cool
Mix together celery, eggs, onion, & mayonnaise
Add to potatoes & mix together until potatoes are well coated. Chill & Serve
