Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredients
- For sauce:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 cup uncooked quick cooking oats
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tap pepper
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 16 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
- 12 oz bottle chili sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1
For meatballs:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into 2 inch balls. Arrange in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, drain.
For sauce:
Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Makes 3 cups
Spoon sauce over meatballs and bake 15 more minutes. Makes 42 meatballs.
