Ingredients

  • 1 cup thawed frozen spinach
  • 11/2 cup artichokes hearts
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup may1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Drain water off spinach
Mix all ingredients together put in baking dish sprinkle with a little mozzarella cheese
Bake at 350 till bubbly and a little brown on top
Serve with pita chips/ bread or chips
