Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 T. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- In a small bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup whole milk and 1 large egg.
- Add milk mixture to flour and whisk till fully incorporated/
Preparation
Step 1
Heat non stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour about 2 T batter into skillet
Arrange in a triangle for easy flipping
Cook until bubbles appear on edges and center. Check bottoms to see if they are golden brown, and then flipCook for one minute and then check to see if they are golden brown on the bottom. Transfer them to a pan and loosely cover with foil to keep
warm
