Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- salsa
- 6 fat free tortillas
- 1 1/2 cup shredded nonfat or reduced fat cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place the beans in a medium sized bowl and mash with a fork until slightly chunky. Add salsa. Mix well until the mixture is thick.
2. Place tortilla on a cookie sheet. Place desired bean and salsa mixture on tortilla. Add desired cheese.
3. Bake uncovered at 400F for 7-9 minutes, or until cheese is slightly melted.
