Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 C vegetable oil
  • 3/4 C water
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 1 C powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes. When baked, poke holes in top of cake with toothpick and pour frosting over top when cool.

Frosting:
Let stand while cake bakes. After cake cools, pour over cake.
