Ingredients
- Pan spray
- 1 1/2 cups soybeans -- cooked and mashed
- 3/4 cup brown rice -- cooked
- 1/2 cup cooked cracked wheat
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 scallion -- minced
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs -- chopped
- salt & pepper -- to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Rest for 15 minutes.
3. Form mixture into 8 patties.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
