Super Soy Burgers

Ingredients

  • Pan spray
  • 1 1/2 cups soybeans -- cooked and mashed
  • 3/4 cup brown rice -- cooked
  • 1/2 cup cooked cracked wheat
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 scallion -- minced
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs -- chopped
  • salt & pepper -- to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Rest for 15 minutes.

3. Form mixture into 8 patties.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
