GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 lb shredded cheddar
  • 1/8 tsp tobasco sauce
  • 2 tsp soy
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pkg frozen French Style green beans - cooked and drained well
  • 1 can French Fried onion rings

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Add mushroom soup. Add cheese, tobasco, soy, salt and pepper. Add green beans. Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Top with onion rings. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
